Today between\nInnovative Services EOOD (trade company, cooperative, enterprise), UIC (BULSTAT code) 205665810 address: Stara Zagora, 52 Kolyo Ganchev Str., 3rd floor, office 8, and Stara Zagora, 19 Dimitar Naumov Str., Bulgaria; tel. +359876340012, represented by Svetla Delcheva Staykova, on the one hand, called the ASSIGNOR<\/p>\n

and on the other hand, you as per the details filled by you in the form, called the CONTRACTOR, have agreed as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY assigns, and the CONTRACTOR agrees to perform:\nto promote the services and programs listed on the website is-bg. online\nto find new clients and sell the services and projects listed on the website is-bg.the online\nyearly target of sales: 50 000 BGN<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The ASSIGNOR is obliged to: perform the work assigned by the Assignor following the good practices and requirements of the Assignor and within the term determined for each of the tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    All communication, documents, and information between both parties will be made in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    The CONTRACTOR undertakes not to disclose or provide confidential information related to the project to third parties. For this Agreement, \\\"confidential information\\\" includes all information or materials that have or could have commercial value or other utility in the assignor\\'s activity and have not been officially announced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    The ASSIGNOR is obliged to pay a monthly 20% of the income from the made net sales (amount of the sales without VAT). When the yearly target is reached the ASSIGNOR is obliged to make a one-time bonus payment of 5% of the amount that exceeded the target amount. The amount has to be paid by bank transfer or PayPal account until the end of the following month by the defined PayPal or bank account of the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR will receive an affiliate link where 10% will be calculated over the sales made from the link and will receive an additional 10% from the sales to receive in total 20% as written above.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Additional payment terms:\nPayment of amounts less than 50 eur will be made only by PayPal.\nFor international bank payments, the bank fees are shared between the sender and receiver.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    OTHER CONDITIONS AND PENALTIES: THE CONTRACTOR shall be liable in case of damages to the ASSIGNOR in case of violation of the conditions from item 3 and case of non-observance of the term specified in the contract and the additional agreements to it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    The CONTRACTOR undertakes to comply with the requirements outlined in the CPA, based on which this contract is concluded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    The parties undertake to comply with Bulgarian and European legislation.\nAll outstanding issues in this contract will be settled between the two parties, when this is not possible they will be referred to the Bulgarian court or the relevant European institution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n
